6279 Skull Harbor
Metalandi has penetrated into the
heart of Captain Redbeard's (or was that Roger's?)
third and final base of operations! The mere sight
is enough to drive fear into the hearts of even the
bravest Imperial Guard... Dare you enter Skull Harbor?

Skeleton Pirate Ship

Have you ever seen a broadside quite like this? Or
even a ship like this? Vincent Cheung's ship
is elaborately decorated using skeletons - and their
horses - to give a bone-chilling effect!

Pirate Wedding

Most Pirate weddings are unhelpfully interrupted by
Imperial troops;
luckily there's none around in Legolas' vignette!

TinyPiesRUs pits the might of the
Aztec Empire against the invading Conquistadores!

The Storming of the Bastille

Che Guevara once said, "The revolution is not
an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make
it fall." Duke has certainly
been down to the orchard with his latest MOC, depicting
the storming of the Bastille in Paris by rebel soldiers!

The possiblities of LEGO Digital Designer
13-year old Neal McClatchey showed
the Piratical world what could be done with LDD; his
micro-scale version of the Black Seas Barracuda was
even included in LEGO set 5525.
When faced with the daunting task of creating a model,
many builders just give up, claiming to be victim
to an inadequate brick palette, however, there are
superb LDD Pirate MOCs.
Checkout LDD creations by our users:
Captain Cavinano's
Black Pearl
Medib's Ship-wrecked
Island
Joey Lock's Fort
Laurence and HMS
Unicorn
You could produce something like this, and what's
more, you can also have
the bricks sent straight to your front-door!

Strange Shores
BlueBard's shipwrecked pirates stagger
ashore to find something rather unusual... Look out
for different textures of foam and a myriad of floatation
devices.

A new LEGO Pirate line?

Could this be the first picture of a new LEGO Pirate
line? SirNadroj's photographs from
the opening of the Chandler Store in Arizona provide
a unique source of speculation and discussion about
the future of Pirates; with the re-release of parts
such as cutlasses and morion helmets, are they actually
returning?

Doug Vandegrift's Brickfilm is packed
with epic twists and turns, battle monkeys, and
- of course - a savage pirate with a curiously black
beard... At 30 minutes long, it is almost a Pirate
Blockbuster!
