to see just who will be taking home the booty!

Featured MOC
It isn't often that we see a bust, but it was definitely worth the wait for this one. LEGO many not have secured the Pirates of the Caribbean license, but that didn't stop Craig Stevens from creating this version of everyone's favourite scoundrel of the seas, Captain Jack Sparrow.

Long before the creation of the Impulse sets, LEGO was already offering the same concept in the Pirates line with delightful little treasures like this. Lord of Pies offers us a chance to take a look at this piece of Pirate history with his indepth review of the set.

Featured Sea MOC
It seems like every month we have another fantastic offering from Captain Green Hair, and this is certainly no exception.
From her well appointed aft to her finely detailed stern, and carrying through to the custom rigging and sails, Le Mort Royale offers a look at the true potential of LEGO shipbuilding.

Mister Phes asks:
Which "bird species" could be introduced to
the Pirate Theme?
Sea gulls, toucans, pelicans, flamingos or chickens. Which do you think would add the most to a future Pirate line?
What do you think? Learn about each of the possibilities, then choose the one you like the most, before this opportunity flies away.

Featured Land MOC
A sprawling port that any sailor, from pirate to Imperial would be proud to call home, or at least visit for a short holiday. Whether visiting the red-roofed inn or lounging on the lavish tropical beach, who wouldn't enjoy a stay here?
