Now that's how to celebrate a victory!
Eurobricks member Piglet has made a great MOC long ago, but he had not posted it yet. Such a shame! It was made for a contest and it looks jolly good! The pirates are really celebrating victory in the pirates way, with lots of beer, chickens and women.

Peace at last?
Eurobricks member Dan the Brickman came up with an excellent idea! Because Christmas is coming up, Redcoats and Bluecoats are coming together for a 'peaceful' feast. You have the honour of going there, together with your most favourite dish (and your most favourite weapon!). So choose a side (Redcoat/Bluecoat/Pirate) and Dan the Brickman will include you in his hilarious Holiday Special.

Still a WIP, but already impressive!
And yet another ship is coming on the horizon! The name is still unknown, but it could have something to do with a dog since that's the figurehead. The ship has a nice and realistic colourscheme and the interior is wonderful, containing a bed, a piano and a lovely staircase. It's a very promising ship and a definitely worth to keep an eye on!

Flesh or yellow, what will it be?
All the recent talking about the new Pirates of the Caribbean-line raised a new question. Since all the recent licensed LEGO themes contain flesh-coloured minifigs, and they will probably continue doing so in the future, it may seem odd to match them up with the yellow minifig's that most of us already have. So do you think this switch to natural-flesh-toned minifigs will be permanent for the Pirates line (or perhaps for all themes) after the POTC license ends? And there are more questions concerning this issue.
