The Legend Of Porthgwarra by Derfel Cardarn

It seems like there are two people on the rock, or not? Mysterious...

Eurobricks and Classic-Pirates.com member Derfel Cardarn has started a new series of MOC's called 'Myths & Legends' and this is the first part. It is a great landscape with a lot of awesome buildings and other things. And that's not all...it is,  just like the rest of the series, combined with a myth or legend! For the story you will have to go to the forum. Other MOC's of the series will have something to do with a.o. Jack the Ripper and Sleepy Hollow. It's nice to follow this project because it's full of great details and very informative.

The fourth stage of Le Fourageux by Captain Blackmoor

The impressive stern of the 'Fourageux'

Shipyard Master Captain Blackmoor is currently building a massive ship-of-the-line. It will probably become one of the biggest 'sailing' Lego ships ever build! In the fourth stage, we can see the part from the stern to the main mast, and the bow. This update is very useful for other shipbuilders since you can still see the construction and used building techniques. How big this thing will become, can be explained by the number of used bricks. Just for the hull, Blackmoor has already used more than 1000 'jumper plates' (so 1000 kinds of one specific brick!!). This ship is certainly worth to take a look at.

The Secret Of Castle Rock Cove! by Derfel Cardarn

what are those pirates using the cove for?

Yes, Derfel Cardarn has reached the frontpage...again! He produces MOC's in a very high velocity and with a lot of skills. This time, he wanted to make a peaceful scene. At least, that's what it seems, because there's a lot going on beneath the surface! A pirate clan has made his headquarters inside a secret cave and now it's filled with treasure! If you're a big fan of Lego, you just can't miss this MOC!

HMS Brunswick by lego fox

Note the crew working on the yard

EB-member lego fox has made a nice 14-gun ship. It's for patrolling the british rivers and it has a good number of both soldiers and cannons. The hull design might need some improvement, but lego fox shows us he knows what he's doing on the rigging. He also uses a great technique for building the masts, so if you want a good mast on your ship, take a look! That's all for now, want to know more about this great vessel?

Fort Magnis by Derfel Cardarn

Nice fort, isn't it?

Being a MOC Expert, Derfel Cardarn always impresses everyone on the forum with his creations. They are always full of details and with great techniques. Fort Magnis is no exception, it's a pleasure for the eye! It was made for the Jolly Roger Contest and it will be a very good participant. It's hard to believe that the creator himself isn't totally pleased by the result. If you also want to see the magnificent back of this MOC, I'd say: Head over to the forum, and...

Fort Cliff by Puriri

Hopefully those soldiers don't have fear of heights!

Classic-Pirates member Puriri has posted one of his MOC's for the first time. It was such a good creation that he made it to the frontpage straightaway! He has made a very high cliff and a great stairway leading to the fort on top of it. It's almost impossible for any enemy soldiers to occupy Fort Cliff. Creator Puriri isn't completely satisfied by the name of it, so any suggestion is welcome.

Do you have a suggestion for the name of his fort, or do you want to see the magnificent stairs?

Then head over to the forum and see Fort Cliff by Puriri for yourself!

HMS Praetorian by Dread Pirate Wesley

A fast frigate is entering the waters!

Dread Pirate Wesley wanted a model ship with life/a crew on it. So he created something with Lego. It turned out to be a fantastic ship MOC! It's a big 5th rate ship with 32 guns! It's also very detailed, with an interior and a big crew. He did a very great job on his first Lego ship. HMS Praetorian is both beautiful and very strong.

The Press Gang at work!

The Governor needs new sailors. He therefore decided to launch a major recruitment operation! Eurobricks member 74Louloute has been working on an awesome creation, based on historical facts. He makes it very clear why the press gang is called 'PRESS gang'. Being pressed into the crew! His creation is both funny and ingenious!
