harvest moon pirate ship sails masts cannons plank sailors

These pirates are always ready to board any enemy ship!

Tiled decks, a retractable plank, a very detailed captain's cabin, a high playability level, a great colourscheme and only real Lego sails. These are some points that make this a very good Lego ship. To see more of her fine details, you may want to take a look in the Pirates Forum.

Death's Breath, a custom LEGO pirate ship by Dr Rod

A magnificent pirate vessel...

Check out this amazing giant pirate ship called Death's Breath, built by Eurobricks and Classic-Pirates.com member Dr Rod. The picture shows the vessel being displayed at BrickExpo in Canberra, Australia.

Its creator claims it was built hastily - certainly the picture doesn't show that. The interior details are still to be completed, so good luck with that!

A cross-section of a part of the ship, a LEGO MOC by BaronSat

The sailors are busy...

Sometimes we do show you old MOCs which definitely deserve being featured on Classic-Pirates.com. This is the case with this vignette, built by BaronSat in 2006.

This MOC features a cross-section of a ship's hull, showing various activities taking place on a typical day at sea. And there is much to be done on a ship like this one!

The Classic Black Seas Barracuda extended for extra duty

The Black Seas Barracuda is one of the most iconic LEGO Pirate ships since it was the first large ship LEGO ever produced.  Now puriri has updated this classic ship to be bigger and badder than the original.  As a hardcore fan of the original, I must say this is a great mod.

Take a look at this magnificent vessel!

How better to introduce yourself on our forum than with a big imperial three-masted ship with an impressive broadside? Mvelic did just that. And the ship is very modular so you can take a look inside every tiny corner of it. This ship has everything, from a large captain's cabin to a room full of weapons and ammunition. You can see crewmembers everywhere, busy with their day-to-day life, so you really have the feeling of going back in time.
