Teamwork Across on the Seas
Working together over email, Yatkuu and 6Kyubi6 have created two sets that fit together perfectly in style and function. The wrecked ship has been masterfully changed into a place for the remaining crew to live on Shark Reef's rocky outcroppings. The creations have a lot of great details from the pirates re-purposing parts of the ship, very much worth checking out the close up photos.

Spanish Armada 14 Gun Brig
Eurobrick user -DONE- has shared with us another one of his creations. This time he brings us his first pirate ship in years. Built from the back bone of the Armada Flagship, he has chosen to stick with the white, blue, yellow color scheme which come together all quite nicely. With custom cannons and some quaint detailing, the ship is a great creation!

PTC Contest Entry by Captain Nemo/MstrOfPppts
The contest entries keep rolling in, and here is another wonderful entry by Captain Nemo and MstrOfPppts. They have incorporated several great play features and details. Most interesting is their unconventional way of connecting the modules with technic pins!

We are now taking expressions of interest from those wish to participate in the creation of a NEW LEGO Pirates Sub-theme.
The object is to produce a new LEGO Pirates sub-theme which will be submitted to the LEGO Group via the LEGO Ambassador Project. A couple of the larger sets could also be submitted as CUUSOO projects.
The project would involve a forming a team with a range of skills, so we'd require set designers (I.e. talented MOCers), customizers, graphic designers, creative writers or anybody with something valuable to contribute.
So if that's you, visit the LEGO Pirates Forum
and express your interest!
