ship galleon lego pirates captain sails masts cannons sea

The Annaconna.

It doesn't have an interior or kitchen yet, but outside of that the Annaconna is already a very seaworthy vessel. This beautiful LDD-model was made by Eurobricks member qwarek7. This ship has a nice stern and a very subtle but realistic colourscheme. An excellent example of a LEGO galleon.

Columbus cristopher conquistadores america armada discovery explorers cross ship santa anna nina pinta

The first Spaniards in America.

Eurobricks member Alibabo has made a very decent MOC of one of the most famous events in world history: the discovery of America by Columbus in 1492. With a great ship, some tropical plants and of course a number of conquistadores this creation seems pretty complete.

Welcome to Singapore!

Only two days before the deadline, Eurobricks member Burman came up with this nice MOC called The Singapore Situation. It depicts the movie scene in which the pirate crew, hidden below the floorboards, throws Elizabeth and Barbossa swords at the mention of the word "weapons".

shop entrance gate fort pirates imperials guards cannons fishing caribbean piracy

Look at that beautiful little fishing shop!

Entering this Royal Colony is very hard, especially for pirates. At least, that's how it seems, because outside the walls are various shops and baithouses with secret tunnels under the wall. Have a look at this excellent MOC and welcome our new member Sabarrus.

"Now, that's the very question Jack wants answered. Bad enough, even, to go visit...her."

Another great entry for the LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean contest! And another famous scene. Tia Dalma's Shack: a shack in a distant part of the swamp on Pantano River in Cuba. This house isn't only famous because of Tia Dalma, but also because it contains the notorious jar of dirt in the movie. Take a look at this fine piece of LEGO-art and share your thoughts.

blacksmith workshop pirates caribbean curse black pearl will turner jack sparrow captured donkey wheel contestThe first entry for the Pirates of the Caribbean MOC contest is there! It's one of the most famous scenes of the first movie. I don't think I have to explain which one because the MOC itself explains it very clearly. The only thing I want to say is that it ends with one of those moments you will remember as the day you almost captured Jack Sparrow!

ship pirate cannons crew sails sailing battle work progress boats caribbean flag jolly roger

The Black Revenge nearing completion.

Even though it's not  yes as famous as the Queen Anne's Revenge, the star of the Black Revenge is rising. With an impressive hull, a fearsome flag and a skilled crew, this ship is no joke! It's still a work in progress, and there's room for improvement, but soon this ship will set sail on the large brickbuilt oceans. Time to welcome this great ship and its creator (a new member).

A big pile of treasure, with LED-lights!

This huge MOC, full of fishes, gold and goldfishes was created by flickr member Redmond LEGO man. The rock structure may look quite dangerous, but if you make it to the cave you will be a rich man.
