New family photo!
Gather ’round everyone! Loosely based on civil war photography, Admiral Croissant creates this awesome LEGO team photo for the Tournament of Retribution III Bluecoat team. Get Moving, Trouble Comes
It’s not often we see such a great mix of rock work, architecture, and landscape in a small pirate build, but majkol87 has really come out swinging with his first MOC. Lots of details packed into this small scene from Pirates of the Caribbean. Check out all the photos to see what Jack and Gibbs are running from as they head straight for the house.

Redcoats of The Imperial Guards!
MstrOfPppts presents us with a team photo of the Redcoats. They seem to have scored a nice stash of treasure, and that is a fact they will surely rub in the Bluecoats faces!

The Bell Tolls for None
Utilizing some great detailing techniques and adding a bit of action, eurotrash has created this solid crumbling bell tower. Jack Sparrow and Wil Turner are just watching the redcoats taking care of some repairs or maybe even stealing some supplies. At least the horse can get a short water break.

Sailing on Ice!
Though the second round of the Tournament of Retribution III has just begun, several Eurobricks members have kept the MOC forum active, posting some great new LEGO Pirate creations. Eurobricks user Kurigan adds his own MOC to the mix, posting this awesome ship. With realistic sails, rigging, and hull, as well as clever photography, this is definitely one ship you don’t want to miss.

Bluecoats, ye be warned!
MstrOfPppts warns all Bluecoats in the Tournament of Retribution III by building this small LEGO vignette. They may be in for a small surprise if they don’t watch themselves.

Spruce Up Your Room
Simply detailed. Adding these furniture items to an Officer’s cabin is a great final touch to a ship or even as part of a vignette or comic scene. It’s great how WesVDell has created some iconic furniture and kept it in a nice minifig scale without looking bulky or out of place.

6248 Volcano Island Redux
Many current fans of LEGO Pirates never knew the classic sets back in the day. Sure there are the legends such as the Black Seas Barracuda, but there were in fact many other sets some modern fans never had. Eurobricks user 74louloute leans in to breach this gap by adding his own spin on the 1996 set “6248 Volcano Island” made for the L13 contest on Piratebrick.net. Using different rock techniques, “fleshy” skin tones, a home-made sail, and even a working volcano, he creates a new image for classic Pirates that everyone can now know.

Every true Pirate fan will recognize this instantly
Revisiting a classic set may sound like an simple task at first, but it certainly isn’t. There are many things to consider, and it’s very easy to loose the spirit of the original set. However CaptainSpaulding has made it without any flaw, in a perfect alchemy. It’s packed with details, and at the same time recognizable at first glance. Plus, this has been done in less than four hours! An outstanding work, which makes me wish that Lego revisited its legendary sets…
