Liberty Inn

The Liberty Inn

Classic-Pirates own ZCerberus has made a stunning Inn for your Pirate crew to pillage. The details make this MOC just look right. From the curved stone walls to the balcony, and tiling details this MOC looks better then LEGO’s own Medieval Market Village in my opinion. The details are much more pronounced; the roof, the windows, the stone work and just about everything else is a much more detailed that market set. Be sure to check it out!

The Rescue of Miss Take

The Rescue of Miss Take

Forbidden Cove Member Jalkow has created a fantastic scene of a witch hunt for a contest at the Forbidden Cove. There are some great details to be had here like the bat wings as clouds attached to that clever moon. The setup is great and the fine detials are what really make this MOC shine.

Pirates of the Caribbean Window Display

Horry has discovered an amazing window display built by flickr user Legoagogo.  The details of this build are a bit of a mystery, all we know is it was built as an advertisement for the LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean video game that came out earlier this year.  It’s a site to be seen!

The Hippo

Our News Scout Horry has been busy finding LEGO Pirate creations for us to share with you. Today he brings us “The Hippo”. Little is known about this ship, but I can see where it gets its name. The rigging is  nicely done on this ship as is the custom sail.

Eurobricks Fellow SlyOwl has created a brick built Pirate Rat figure who goes by the name of Lenny. The story of his creation is pretty interesting and SlyOwl’s techniques are worth looking at.

All fear Poseidon's Wrath

The News Scouts have been hard at work, and today we bring you a ship found while browsing the popular LEGO image hosting site brickshelf.  Our News Scout Horry has found this creation referred to as Poseidon’s Wrath. I love how it resembles the Black Seas barracuda but has so much more to offer, be sure to check it out.

Where the Imperial Flagship makes birth

With more blue base plates than you can shake a fist at, the Port for the Imperial Flagship is a LEGO masterpiece. Built around the Imperial Flagship, this MOC has so many details and some very clever building techniques.  I always say the devil is in the details, and there are lots of little devils running around this MOC.

Tribute to America!

Blake Baer brings us the first in his series which is a Tribute to America. The beginnings of a quant village in America, with a nice landscape and cobblestone road, this MOC is worth a look.

Retreat from Russia by TheBrickAvenger

Fall back, fall back!!!

It’s cold and we are out numbered, what do we do? RETREAT! That was the feeling in 1812 when Napoleons Army was forced to retreat due to incredibly cold temperatures in Russia. There is a sense of feeling in this MOC as the remaining soldiers are desperately trying to make it to safety, not all of them are going to make it.
