That's where all the Rum has gone!

evildead has created the thing all Pirates want most, a Tavern. This will be especially helpful for those so drunk they don’t know what they are looking for, since this one looks like a Rum Barrel. The technique is clever and done very well, it’s worth a look.

The Princess Ceinwyn is here, bring on the Pearl

If you read our blog, you know who Derfel Cardarn is, a master of MOC building, although usually he creates stunning land based creations. There is a first time for everything and Derfel hit this out of the park. From the rigging, to the platform to the details that you must see, this is one beautiful ship.

Brickbeards last stand by Brickbaron

He who falls behind, doesn't necessarily get left behind

This is much more than it seems, a hanging of a criminal Pirate, or a rescue mission. You must visit the Pirate Forum to see more of this scene, this is only a glimpse of the full picture. Brickbaron has created an incredible scene worth a details look.

Marooner’s Lagoon by Dan Church

Once you enter, you cannot leave

Dan Church has invisioned a place where Pirates go not to be hung, but to hang out forever. Being condemmed here might not be such a bad thing, as long as you’re a pirate.

Two immortals stuck in battle forever

A very memorable scene from the Curse of the Black Pearl film is when Captain Barbossa and Captain Jack Sparrow are fighting it out as immortally cursed men.  Sok117 has depicted this scene in a wonderful way with plenty of scattered treasure and a beautiful scene that needs to be seen.

One army to rule them all!

When it comes to armies Napoleon Bonaparte had one to be feared.  Jackdaw has amassed a grand army to fight for Napoleon with some great photography to show it off. With more blue coats than you can shake a fist at and lots of great looking gear, this army is worth a look.

The Mill by LuxorV

Where's that bloody key!

One of my favorite scenes from the “Dead Man’s Chest” film is the Mill scene.  Now TLG has made their own version of this scene, but it’s usually the custom MOC’s that the AFOL community produces that end up being the stars.  With more that just the mill wheel, this MOC expands past the limitations of the standard LEGO set, be sure to check it out.

No ship can survive the Kraken

Davy Jones famously said “I am the see” and he was right. With control over the most powerful creature of the sea, he call’s on the Kraken to crush his enemies ship’s and send them to Davy Jones locker. This is spectacularly done and deserves a closer look, the Kraken is hiding behind the ship.

These cages we're in...weren't built 'til after we got here.

With a contest in full swing, the MOC’s keep showing up. Fat Tony brings us his version of the hanging cages from the second film, “Dead man’s Chest”. There is more to be seen in the Pirate Forum, including more to this MOC.

The Napoleon Bonepartes by SlyOwl

Performing for their number one fan!

SlyOwl is known for his great MOC’s and this is no exception. The Napoleon Bonepartes usually have sellout shows, it looks like this time was no exception. They look like they would be right at home in Tortuga.
