Although not 100% a Pirates creation, this MOC was so well done that we just had to frontpage it. Forum user Ralph_S demonstrates his talent with the brick with an outstanding pleasure cruiser. One very interesting part of this MOC, other than the SNOT hull, is the clever use of round 1 x 1's for furled sails. If only there were a few stripey shirts and some bandanas on the crew...

Yargh, it be that time again when the world stops to talk like pirates!  September 19 of every year is International Talk Like A Pirate Day, and no-one is celebrating it more than the Crew! With much discussion about the build up in the Pirates forum, the LEGO Pirates community is very excited about the annul event. What are you planning fir the day? Share it here! The swashbuckling musicians have great songs and exciting album artwork. Their most recent album is Black Sails At Midnight which is well worth a listen.
