And for that, we be mighty grateful, as Zsolti ensures LEGO Pirates fly their colours proudly in most AFOL buildin’ contests!
This time it be a remake inspired by 5003082 Pirates Adventure for the LEGO Ideas challenge, A Twist of Nostalgia…
MyFirstMOC-Hun writes:
From the “Lady Blackhairs Hideout” webpage on the LEGO Ideas website.
This small island is the hideout of one of the most notorious female pirates of the seas. Her crew doesn’t know about the place, she comes here alone to relax, rest and hide her booty. A shark guards the island, but when more sharks appear, they are no longer friendly.
There is a small raft for supplies and a treasure chest full of gold in the hideout. The vegetation in front of the cave can be thrown away or the top of the rock can be removed for easier play.
The Build
5003082 Pirates Adventure be a more obscure choice for a set remake. Generally remakes are focused upon the classic era releases of 1989 to 1997. Yet, now and then, an intrepid builder dares to chart a course into future waters…
MyFirstMOC, be keen to treat his Instagram crew to a fresh take on his builds, so he crafts alternate presentations:
