A Mini LEGO ship battle by George G

"It's not the size that counts"

Another fine entry in the Classic-Pirates "Pirates of the Caribbean contest". It may be small but that's the whole idea when building in mini scale and George G has done a great job packing in the detail with some clever piece usage.

Two immortals stuck in battle forever

A very memorable scene from the Curse of the Black Pearl film is when Captain Barbossa and Captain Jack Sparrow are fighting it out as immortally cursed men.  Sok117 has depicted this scene in a wonderful way with plenty of scattered treasure and a beautiful scene that needs to be seen.

No ship can survive the Kraken

Davy Jones famously said "I am the see" and he was right. With control over the most powerful creature of the sea, he call's on the Kraken to crush his enemies ship's and send them to Davy Jones locker. This is spectacularly done and deserves a closer look, the Kraken is hiding behind the ship.

Only two days before the deadline, Eurobricks member Burman came up with this nice MOC called The Singapore Situation. It depicts the movie scene in which the pirate crew, hidden below the floorboards, throws Elizabeth and Barbossa swords at the mention of the word "weapons".
