A small Imperial Dock in the midst of the Carribean. The dock can watch for piracy on the high sea thanks to the watch tower and guards, but who is that in the barrel paddling away?

The Imperials can keep watch from there tower. But who is this escaping?

The Imperials can keep watch from their tower. But who is this escaping?

Olog has brought us an imperial dock! It uses inventive building techniques to create the effect the creator was looking for to create a single dock in the midst of the carribean complete with jetty and cooking area, watch tower and warehouse.

Modified 6242 Soldiers Fort by RichardAM

Monday, February 9th, 2009

The Soldiers Fort, one of the great new LEGO® sets that came out in the Pirates theme this year and a hang out for soldiers everywhere. It also happens to be the basis of RichardAM's new MOC.

A hang out for soldiers everywhere...

He has completely redesigned the modules and rearranged the accessories. The new sections include a large variety of buildings, cupboards and armaments completing the MOC.

However much this MOC is different to the original, it still keeps i's modular functionality. Richard has also changed some of the minifigs included in the set to the older Pirate torsos, thus adding some a nostalgic LEGO® feel to the MOC.

Imperial Patrol Ship by Patriot720

Monday, February 2nd, 2009
Forum member Patriot720 has finished another amazing MOC. He even calls it his greatest creation yet! Take a look at his fearsome Imperial Patrol Ship and feel sorry with those poor pirates attacking it.

A mighty vessel indeed!

This 6 cannon strong Imperial Patrol Ship has everything to track down and destroy the Imperial's enemies. Other than her firepower she is fast as the devil because of her large sails and a loyal crew of 10 men (2 officers + 8 sailors/soldiers) who will take care of any threat, Pirate attacks included!

"After crashing against a shark infested reef, our lone Imperial Governor is stranded on a small, unstable spit of land. And I think the heat is getting to him..."

Not too long ago, SirNadroj treated us to a beautiful MOC - The Drunken Kraken. She was a sturdy ship, said by some to be unsinkable, so it came as a great surprise to Eurobricks members when she was found at the bottom of the ocean! I guess that's just what happens when sailing in enemy waters...

It could be an official set...

Unfortunately, oo7 missed the deadline for the It's a Pirate's Life contest, but that's not to say that his proposed large-class entry isn't superb! Featuring nifty details, including a secret weapon stash, opening prison, and - of course - a hungry, hungry hippo crocodile!
