Armybuilder and MOC expert ImperialScouts had a stand at Brickworld 2010 and brought two MOCs with him. Due to the fact I was quite impressed by them, I could not resist making a small overview of them.
First we have one of his masterpieces called The Battle of Willow's Creek:

And the second one is called Le Coup d'État du 18 Brumaire.

A classic Pirates of the Caribbean scene
Is the next licensed theme coming to LEGO going to be Pirates of the Caribbean? I think we all hope so and Classic Pirates loyal SlyOwl has brought us a preview of what one of these new sets could look like. The classic Water Wheel scene is brought to life in this stunning LEGO MOC.

A secluded island infested with Pirates
When Pirates need to get away they find a place where you can only gain access from a single point. Seclusion is the name of the game for pirates. Karlo has a MOCpages account that was recently discovered by classic-pirates scouts and low and behold he posted his work on EB. There are many more beautiful MOC's just like this.

A typical day in the fort...
A new Classic-Pirates.com user Brig. Brick has built this nice-looking soldiers' fort, cleverly using the cool Coast Guard-theme baseplate.
This Pirate-themed Lego creation is full of details, such as the jail, the treasury and lots of other rooms and secret passages. Make sure to check them all out!

The six modules together!
Eurobricks member Swash Buckler has been working on six modules, which create the harbour of Tortuga when connected to eachother! Each module is crammed with details, and each module is actually already a great creation on it's own. Tortuga is a cramped town, and Swash Buckler really gives it the feeling of the good old pirate days!

A fierce battle going on!
Eurobricks member Robinson has been working on this beautiful creation. There are some nice elements in here, the rope bridge and the cliff for example. Not forget to mention all the action going on!

Can the President escape before it's too late?
The war of 1812, the Americans had attacked the Canadians capital and they were out for revenge. Led by British forces, the Canadian forces attacked Washington DC with little American resistance. Chocked full of action and battle, this is one of the most lively 'Bayonets at Dawn' entries we have seen.

The battle begins...
Classic-Pirates.com user DanMov has shown us his Bayonets at Dawn contest entry. The MOC represents the beginning of the Battle for La Haye Sainte.
It's a very big diorama which could probably be easily used for miniature wargaming of some sort, using Lego soldiers!

The Battle of Fontenoy
The date was May the 11th 1745, the canon's start to fire with a fierce authority. From the Red coats to the Blue coats this MOC tells the story well. With a great cannonball technique and an impressive army to boot, this Bayonets at Dawn entry is sure to do well. Entered just in time for the contest!

And another great entry came just on time before the deadline. There is so much to see in this MOC that it may take a while to notice all the nice details, such as decapitation, a serious leg wound, an unseated British Lancer, and a bayonet stab. KillaGorilla shows us all the glory and horror of big Napoleonic battles. And for all the ship-fans there is also a big French ship of war in this MOC.
