A great creation and a great tribute...

Our member TazManiac has built a MOC dedicated to the late Zorro as well as the staff and members of Classic-Pirates.com… It’s a place where all of our crew meet and have fun… Take a look at this excellent creation – truly a great tribute to our staff member who sadly passed away.

pirates soldiers sailors ships keelhaul chain deck gunports captain blood

What a mess!

And another MOC from a flickr member. A keelhaul: a sailor gets pulled from one side of the ship to the other, around the keel. The captain doesn’t look very friendly with his dragon plume, making it seem like keelhauls are a daily business on his ship.

A beautiful fort on a beautiful location.

2 Much Caffeine has made a small but nice fort. There are some good and useful techniques in this MOC, for the floor, the water, the roof and the well. Whether it’s a Pirate, a Bluecoat or a Spanish fort, it’s worth a closer look.

Diamond Island, where the diamonds are kept

Secluded and hidden, Diamond Island is just what you think it to be, a Pirates hideout.  With lovely tiling and a great curved wooden staircase effect, this MOC is worth checking out.  From lookout to hoisting more diamonds to their hideout, this island is fully functional.

Busted by TazManiac

Caught in the act!

What does a Pirate have to do to be left alone for 10 minutes to bury some illegal treasure?  On a regular patrol it looks like some Blue Coat soldiers stumbled upon a little recreational activity.  I would not want to be those Pirates.

A new LEGO Pirates comic is coming out in februari. It has 48 pages and the age range is 6-8… But it may still be of interest for pirate fans because there’s a topic going on about how many named LEGO Pirates are out there. And this comic can give us more background information about the world of brick-pirates.

green hair pirates cannons ships frigates brigs soldiers sailors spongebob war battle

A great battle with great ships!

Last weekend there was a LEGO show in Tielt, Belgium. There was only 1 pirate display, but a very good one. In a MOC full of action and humor, Eurobricks member Captain Green Hair shows us the finished product of his famous frigate from the tutorial Build a frigate with Captain Green Hair. This diorama also features an epic battle between Cpt. Blue Hair and Cpt. Green Hair. Which of the two Hairs seems the strongest?

Decide it for yourself in My very first Pirates display by Captain Green Hair.
