How the Draw Winner was Determined
To determine the Winner everyone who Voted was assigned a Ticket Number.
Voters received TWO Tickets if they Voted for both Building Entries and the Creative Critic… or just one Ticket if they voted for one or the other.
Unlike Wonka, the Classic Pirates gave everyone the opportunity to receive two golden tickets
A random between 1 and the total number of Tickets was selected using the number generator provided by the Picker Wheel website.
