Fancy New Pirate Figures are Coming!
We may be missing a pirate theme this year, but LEGO is throwing us a bone with some new minifigures! Series 8 in the Collectible Minifigures line has some amazingly detailed figures for pirate theme lovers. We get the newly designed Pirate Captain complete with a pearl gold saber and hook, in addition to a highly detailed Conquistador with a pearl gold helmet and printed armor as well as printed legs.

3 vs. Many
Not all Pirates wear rags and sail on ships. Some come in a more sophisticated form. Musketeers are just those men. Men of class but also of skill, they enjoy fine wine, and can drop your pants with a swing of their blade. I actually feel sorry for the incoming group of Cardinal Guards.

A nice environment for the children.
The 2010 Community Build brings us lots of neat entries, including badboytje88's orphanage. The orphanage, ran by Father McBrickbeard and his evil nuns, try to find new homes for the children who have been saved from the sea, pillaged villages and other nasty places. The truth is that the little orphanage is a very dangerous place for kids. They are abused, beaten and even sold to rich folks, or worse......pressed into slavery!
