Glatmocs has summoned a mighty serpent from the mists of the Indigo Islands, settin’ Kahuka astride the thrashin’ beastie as if he were leadin’ a raid upon the very seas themselves… or maybe just the Imperial Guards…

Kahuka rides again! Thanks to his multi-generational spiritual bond with the legendary Canoe Serpent, he can protect his islander people from any pirates or imperial interlopers.
Kahuka just needs to make sure they stop for some palm tree snacks from time to time.
The Build
Glatmocs achieves a long, sinuous mount by layering curved slopes over hinge‑linked segments, giving the serpent’s body flowing arcs that leads into a narrow neck and an angular, forward‑thrust head with a distinctly predatory alertness.

King Kahuka rides upon the crown of the serpent’s head, reinforcing the impression of a powerful, mythic Naga. The canoe‑built maw, combined with the classic Islanders palette ties the creature into Indigo Islander legend as a tribal guardian.
About the Builder…
Glatmocs is a classic‑era focused AFOL whose builds centre upon the “big three” vintage LEGO themes, Castle, Space, and Town/City. With the occasional dalliance with Adventurers, Paradisa, Western and themes of his own conception.
Glatmoc’s style leans towards modernised-classic architecture, bold colours, and tight vignette storytelling rather than large dioramas, giving classic themes a fresh, cinematic spotlight.

The Indigo Islanders… a vibrantly coloured LEGO Pirates sub‑theme introduced in 1994, centered around a mysterious tribal faction who inhabit a lush, jungle‑covered archipelago far from the main Imperial–Pirate conflict.
The Islanders maintain a dedicated fan base, who eagerly expand and reinvent the sub-theme in innovative ways. SevenDeadlyStreamers‘ submission, Mysterious Isle to BrickLink Designer Program Series 11 is another sterling example.
